It’s a SCIFI.radio zombie classic by this time. Part of our regular Halloween playlist, Bill Mills’ I’ll Eat Yer Brain is based on Nina Simone’s bluegrass folk classic, Little Liza Jayne.

Zombies are pretty much slathered on everything around this time of year, and Bill Mill’s parody is no exception. He wrote the parody lyrics, and performed all the vocals and instrumental parts himself. First released in 2011 by Bill via his label Bill Mills Productions, the song has been a perennial favorite. The lyrics to this song were included in the book “How To Bonk A Zombie” by J. D. Crayne from FuturesPastEditions ebooks.

Bill Mills is no stranger to filk. He’s been singing at science fiction conventions for more than 40 years, and has interviewed some of the greatest writers the genre has ever known. See his YouTube channel for more.
