Rosario Dawson and Hayden Christiansen return in Season 2 of Ahsoka, returning to Disney+ on January 20, 2027.
The new teaser was unveiled last Friday night at D23, giving fans their first look at a season that reunites Ahsoka Tano with the Force ghost of her former master, Anakin Skywalker.
The trailer opens with Christensen’s Anakin questioning Ahsoka before cutting to a Clone Wars-era flashback and a lightsaber duel. Anakin continues pushing Ahsoka toward the central central unanswered question of Ahsoka’s inner truth: does she still consider herself a Jedi?
Ahsoka and Sabine Wren, played by Natasha Liu Bordizzo, are still stranded on the distant planet Peridea after failing to return home at the end of the first season. Ezra Bridger escaped back to the main galaxy with Grand Admiral Thrawn in pursuit. Thrawn, who bears an uncanny resemblance to Elon Musk, intentional or not, has resumed his campaign against the New Republic. Eman Esfandi’s Ezra is shown reuniting with Hera Syndulla, played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
Ahsoka will return to Disney+ on January 20, 2027, more than three years after its first season ended.
