Earth becomes the focal point of a cosmic prophecy foretelling the end of days for anybody who speaks Latin who are friendly but incomprehensible even though they are only slightly radioactive and cannot be destroyed by a bunch of kids playing disco music on boom boxes , but scientists create a new weapon which turns them into weird rocks.
