Earth receives a visit from future selves with warnings of impending doom who are friendly but incomprehensible even though they have seen every episode of Firefly and might be overpowered by a bunch of kids playing disco music on boom boxes but one cunning young man somehow convinces them that people are okay and they become the new rulers of Earth, ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity.
