The series’ popularity resulted in Oda being named one of the manga artists that changed the history of manga.

The highly anticipated Season 2 of “One Piece” is currently in development, with creator Eiichiro Oda at the helm. However, a contributing factor to the delay in writing is the ongoing strike by the Writers Guild of America, which began on May 2. This labor dispute covers various issues, including viewership data and streaming residuals.
“One Piece” originated as a wildly popular manga series by Oda in 1997. It follows the adventures of Monkey D.
