Screen Rant founder Vic Holtreman joins your hosts, Gene Turnbow and Susan Fox, this Saturday at 9:00 p.m. PST on our signature science fiction and fantasy panel show, The Event Horizon.
Holtreman started Screen Rant in 2003 as a place to rant about some of the dumber stuff he was seeing related to the motion picture industry. It has since grown to become the number one movie news site in America which is not owned by some major news corporation. The site takes a common-sense approach to movie and TV news, and takes a step back to look at the big picture to determine whether something is a good idea or a really terrible one.
Screen Rant won Best Web Site in the 2014 Geekie Awards, the amazing geek culture awards created and produced by Kristen Nedopak. SCIFI.radio is proud to have been a media sponsor of the Geekie Awards this year, and this is the first of a series of interviews with this year’s winners.
