Earth enters a parallel dimension where everything is backwards except Mxyzptlk who understand us all too well even though they are only slightly radioactive and cannot be destroyed by a bunch of Elvis impersonators but one cunning young man somehow convinces them that people are okay and they become the new rulers of Earth, ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity.
