Earth people suddenly can speak only in technobabble and discover small machines who do not understand us even though they are radioactive and cannot be destroyed by a nuclear bomb but one cunning young man somehow convinces them that people are okay and they become the new rulers of Earth, ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity.
