Earth finds itself at the center of a cosmic conspiracy involving multiple galaxies who do not understand us even though they smell really bad who tend to stutter under pressure when confronted by the army, navy, air force, space force and/or marines but a priest tells them about the God and they are taken in by a kindly old lady who mistakes them for lost children.
