Earth encounters a group of time-traveling tourists on a sightseeing trip to the past who are friendly but incomprehensible even though they smell really bad who tend to stutter under pressure when confronted by the army, navy, air force, space force and/or marines but one cunning young man somehow convinces them that people are okay and they become the new rulers of Earth, ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity.
