Award Winning Composer Murray Gold Returns to Doctor Who

Murray Gold, the maestro behind the unforgettable soundtrack for Doctor Who, has been creating musical magic for the show since it was first revived by Russell T Davies in 2005. For over 12 years, he’s been composing iconic scores that’ve become synonymous with the show’s identity.

From giving the theme tune a makeover to whipping up the music for the Daleks and Cybermen, Murray’s role in shaping the show’s new musical vibe has been met with tons of praise.

But guess what? He’s back for more! Murray Gold is teaming up once again with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales. His musical genius will shine through when Doctor Who returns this November with three special episodes for the 60th anniversary. Get ready for David Tennant as the Fourteenth Doctor, before Ncuti Gatwa takes over the TARDIS as the Fifteenth Doctor in a holiday special.
