Doctor Who’s Jodie Whittaker Announces Pregnancy on 2022 Brit Awards Red Carpet

Doctor Who actress Jodie Whittaker has announced she is expecting her second child with husband Christian Contreras as she debuted her bump on the red carpet at the Brit Awards.

Taking to the pre-show at the awards ceremony, the 39 year old wowed in an elegant and gorgeous gown by luxury British brand Cimone.

Jodie made a delicious ice cream treat of a statement in a high necked cream dress, heavily embellished with a hand-beaded orange and white mantle which cascaded down the oversize silhouette.

The stunning ensemble was finished off with some sparkling rings from celebrity-loved brand Lark & Berry and a little black handbag made to look like a 1D6. It’s hard to look this good when you’re that many months along, but Whittaker dazzles.

The obvious reveal is that for the last several weeks of the filming of her final series of Doctor Who, she was, in fact, quite pregnant. Thank goodness for long flowing coats.

The final episode of Doctor Who starring Jodie Whittaker is expected to air this Autumn as part of the BBC Centenary celebrations.
