It Launches August 30

Series director, Louis Leterrier (The Incredible Hulk) worked tirelessly on this series, beginning his work days at 12:30 AM and finishing at 10:00 PM. His goal was to bring a series that would not disappoint the fans of the 1983 original, directed by the late Jim Henson and Frank Oz. From what we’ve seen from the trailer, and from these photos, we feel very strongly that fans will not be disappointed.

Incidentally, while you are waiting for the series to begin on August 30th, you can watch the original film on Netflix. So, if it has been awhile since you’ve seen the classic, or if you’ve never seen the film, now’s your chance.
