Star-Lord to Marry Terminator’s Daughter

Actor Chris Pratt Star-lord in Guardians of the Galaxy, a dinosaur wrangler in Jurassic World, is engaged to author Katherine Schwarzenegger, daughter of actor turned politician Arnold Schwarzenegger (Terminator, Conan). The actor announced the engagement on Instagram.

People Magazine reported that the two are engaged. This is the first marriage for Ms. Schwarzenegger and the second for Mr. Pratt, whose ex-wife, actress Anna Faris sent her congratulations to the happy couple.

Katherine Schwarzenegger is the daughter of former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, the niece of President John F. Kennedy and the granddaughter of Vice President Sargent Shriver. She is the author of three books: Rock What You’ve Got: Secrets to Loving Your Inner and Outer Beauty from Someone Who’s Been There and Back, I Just Graduated … Now What?: Honest Answers from Those Who Have Been There, and Maverick and Me.

Pratt has a seven-year-old son from his first marriage, Jack, who accompanied the happy couple on some of their dates.
