Last week we treated you to Crys Nammour’s rendition of The Diva Dance from Luc Besson’s masterpiece The Fifth Element, where Crys demonstrated that she can handle pretty much anything you throw at her in terms of vocals. Today we’re giving you another treat – this time it’s her cover of I See Fire, written by Ed Sheeran for The Hobbit.
Crys’ voice is to sound as crystal is to light. Each note is clear and singular, and stands shining for a moment before giving way to the next. The total effect is one of the most hauntingly beautiful rendition of this song that we have ever heard.
She’s the lead singer of a group called Hushh, and has been singing with them since about 2011.
