On ‘The Event Horizon’: Rachel Nichols of ‘Continuum’

We have been waiting for the right time to air this episode, and now that the long awaited fourth and final season of the ShowCase/SyFy Channel series Continuum is finally about to be released, this is the time!

Your hosts Gene Turnbow and Susan L. Fox recorded this edition of The Event Horizon back in June, and our special guest is none than the immensely talented Rachel E. Nichols, who plays Kiera Cameron, a time traveling law enforcer chasing eight political dissidents convicted of crimes against the state in Continuum.

The final season of Continuum is short, only six episodes – but it promises to tie up all the loose ends and finish the story, picking up from the season 3 cliffhanger. The outpouring of love and support from the fans expressed on the Continuum social media is largely responsible for their even being a final season. We demanded it, and the people controlling the purse strings made it happen.

This episode of The Event Horizon airs exclusively on SCIFI.radio, Saturday night at 9 p.m. PST, and again on Sunday at 4 p.m. PST, with additional showtimes throughout the coming week. After that, it will appear on iTunes and Stitcher as a podcast, and of course it will be available for download directly from the Event Horizon program page.
