On ‘The Event Horizon’: Scott Baker, Producer/Director of ‘5th Passenger’

On The Event Horizon this evening, your hosts Gene Turnbow and Susan L. Fox are joined by Scott Baker, the co-writer, producer and director of The 5th Passenger, an independent science fiction thriller starring actors who are nearly all Star Trek alumni: Tim Russ, Arman Shimmerman, Manu Intiraymi, Marina Sirtis, and Hana Hatae. Added to the mix is Doug Jones, who appears in this production as a normal human being for a change!

Successfully funded via Kickstarter in November of 2014, this ultra-low budget sci-fi horror movie makes every last penny count without sacrificing good filmmaking to do it. Scott Baker returns to talk with us about his production process.
