“Taysiders in Space” is a skit from the Scottish comedy program, Chewin’ the Fat, which started on BBC Radio Scotland, and went on to 4 seasons as a television show (it ended in 2002).
Tayside no longer officially exists, but it was a local government region, which was dissolved into its component council areas (Angus, Dundee, Perth, and Kinross) in 1996. So here we present, in its full Dundonian glory, “Taysiders in Space.”
