You may have heard some of Malukah’s songs on SCIFI.radio, but did you know they’re fan covers? Malukah really blew us away with the power and purity of her voice, so we wanted to give her a shout out on our site and make sure you got a chance to hear her music if you hadn’t yet.
From Malukah’s Blog:
I love music, and I love video games. I started this blog last year to deal with a tiny World of Warcraft addiction because writing makes me happy. And I think that writing and talking to people about video games helps me understand them better and appreciate all the work that went into making them.
I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a dual major in Music Production & Engineering and Film Scoring.
For the past few years, I’ve had the chance to create music and sounds for iPhone/Android/Flash games, and I LOVE IT. I’ve also composed music for short films, feature films, and music libraries.
If you’d like to listen to some samples of the music I’ve done for games and other projects, please visit the Music page.
Recently, I started a YouTube channel where I will record game soundtrack covers as often as possible.
If you speak Spanish, you might enjoy The n00bs Unleashed, a gaming podcast that some friends and I record. We also host a radio show in Monterrey on Saturday mornings (11:30am, 94.9FM) about the latest video game news.
