Earth people suddenly can speak only in technobabble and discover small machines who are friendly but incomprehensible even though they are only slightly radioactive who derive their sustainance by a crowd of people with pitchforks and torches but a priest tells them about the God and they become the new rulers of Earth, ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity.
