Earth is challenged to a game of cosmic dodgeball by alien athletes who understand us all too well even though they can all do credible singing impressions of Ethel Merman and might be overpowered by a bunch of kids playing disco music on boom boxes , but scientists create a new weapon which does not work and then they kill us all.
