Earth receives mysterious packages from the future who are friendly but incomprehensible even though they are only slightly radioactive who derive their sustainance by a nuclear bomb but one cunning young man somehow convinces them that people are okay and they form a rock band and tour the galaxy, becoming interstellar celebrities.
