Earth is targeted by a previously undiscovered asteroid storm which was actually created by aliens who want to plug us into a power grid and use us as living batteries even though they have seen every episode of Firefly and cannot be destroyed by the army, navy, air force, space force and/or marines but they fall in love with a young girl and so they leave our planet and fly home.
