Earth develops a temporal echo across multiple timelines creating duplicates of everyone on Earth who understand us all too well even though they are only slightly radioactive who tend to stutter under pressure when confronted by a bunch of kids playing disco music on boom boxes , but scientists create a new weapon which does not work and then they kill us all.
