Earth opens a gateway to the afterlife, allowing spirits to roam the earth who understand us all too well even though they can all do credible singing impressions of Ethel Merman who derive their sustainance by a bunch of Elvis impersonators but one cunning young man somehow convinces them that people are okay and they form a rock band and tour the galaxy, becoming interstellar celebrities.
