D23, the bi-annual Disney Expo in Anaheim, California, yields another great trailer, this time for the upcoming Disney+ series Agatha All Along from Marvel Television. Starring Kathryn Hahn returning in the title role, the series follows the struggle of Agatha Harkness as she and her coven walk the Witch’s Road so that she can regain her powers.
Joining her on the journey are Aubrey Plaza as Rio Vidal, Patti LuPone as Lilia Calderu, Emma Caulfield Ford as Emma (and a secret role that will be revealed later), as well as actors Paul Adelstein, Joe Locke, and Okwui Okpokwasili in character roles as yet unannounced (probably for very valid spoilery reasons).
What happens to the rest of the coven when she does? We saw what happened the last time she was in a coven, and it wasn’t pretty.
Agatha All Along premieres with the first two episodes on September 18, 2024.
