Actress Gal Gadot, best known for playing Wonder Woman in the DC Extended Universe franchise, announced on social media she had just given birth to her fourth daughter.

Gal Gadot and her husband, real estate developer and producer Jaron “Yaron” Varsano now have four daughters, Alma, born in 2011, Maya, born in 2017, Daniella, born in 2021, and now Ori, born in 2024.

Gadot said she named her child Ori, which means “my light” in Hebrew.

“You have brought so much light into our lives, living up to your name,” the Instagram post read. “Our hearts are full of gratitude.”

Mrs. Gadot said it was a difficult pregnancy, but she and baby Ori are well. Gal Gadot is 38.

In addition to playing Wonder Woman in the DCEU, the former Miss Israel 2004, appeared in the remake of Agatha Christie’s Death on the Nile (2022) as Linnet Ridgeway-Doyle (Mrs. Simon Doyle). She was Gisele Yashar in Fast & Furious (2009) She will be playing the evil queen in Disney’s upcoming live-action remake of Snow White.

Congratulations to Gal Gadot and Jaron Varsano on the birth of a healthy daughter. Congratulations to Alma, Maya, and Daniella on becoming big sisters. Welcome, Baby Ori.
