Earth is mistaken for a lost civilization by alien archeologists who are friendly but incomprehensible even though they are only slightly radioactive who tend to stutter under pressure when confronted by a bunch of Elvis impersonators but one cunning young man somehow convinces them that people are okay and they become the new rulers of Earth, ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity.
