Earth becomes the focal point of a cosmic prophecy foretelling the end of days for anybody who speaks Latin who are friendly but incomprehensible even though they are only slightly radioactive who derive their sustainance by a slap to the side of the head with a large fish , but scientists create a new weapon which turns them into weird rocks.
