Earth encounters a parallel universe populated by sentient squirrels who do not understand us even though they are only slightly radioactive who tend to stutter under pressure when confronted by a nuclear bomb but they fall in love with a young girl and they form a rock band and tour the galaxy, becoming interstellar celebrities.
