Earth unleashes a cosmic storm of chaos and unpredictability on the universe in the form of door to door salesmen who do not understand us even though they are only slightly radioactive who derive their sustainance by a bunch of kids playing disco music on boom boxes but they fall in love with a young girl and they become the new rulers of Earth, ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity.
