Earth slows to a stop and starts spinning in reverse which confuses house pets who understand us all too well even though they can all do credible singing impressions of Ethel Merman and might be overpowered by a bunch of kids playing disco music on boom boxes but a priest tells them about the God and so they leave our planet and fly home.
