Earth is suddenly transported back in time to the age of dinosaurs who want to plug us into a power grid and use us as living batteries even though they can all do credible singing impressions of Ethel Merman and cannot be destroyed by a bunch of kids playing disco music on boom boxes , but scientists create a new weapon which does not work but they die from catching the common cold.
