Earth discovers that the key to unlocking the mysteries of the cosmos is piles of raw salmon who do not understand us even though they can all do credible singing impressions of Ethel Merman who derive their sustainance by a bunch of Elvis impersonators but one cunning young man somehow convinces them that people are okay and they become the new rulers of Earth, ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity.
