The Ursula K. Le Guin Prize for Fiction is an annual $25,000 cash prize given to a writer for a single book-length work of imaginative fiction.

About 12 years ago I ran across the Emberverse series by S.M. Stirling. I am the only person I know that’s read these books. I can’t understand why.
