After the Clone Wars, Maul plots to rebuild his criminal syndicate on a planet untouched by the Empire.
Lucasfilm Animation has been working diligently on something big for a while. Now we know what it is. Maul returns as an anti-hero, fighting the very empire that once called him one of their own. Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord stars Sam Witwer in the title role.
This is the Star Wars event of the season, and probably of the year. The trailer looks fantastic.
The series hits Disney+ on April 6 with a two-episode premiere. They’ll release two episodes weekly, leading to a grand finale on May the 4th, 2026.
