Each year, the Golden Globes Awards celebrate the people’s choice for excellence in a variety of categories for both motion pictures and television, and always includes at least some titles that fit into our particular corner of the world. This year brought us the 83rd Annual Golden Globes, and is no different, though the selections that fit into our own peculiar category are fewer than they have been in past years.
The Golden Globe Awards honor excellence in film and television, presented annually by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) to both domestic and international productions, symbolizing a key event in Hollywood’s awards season.
Without further ado, here are the categories in which genre productions were nominated, with the winners of those categories. Categories where no genre productions got nominations have been omitted.
This is not the entire list of nominees and winners. We reason that if you’re curious about the non-genre action, the full list on the Golden Globes home page is still a resource for you. Our job is to bring you the particular focus you come to SCIFI.radio for.
