Directed by Alexander Woo and Erik Benson from a script by the both of them plus Stanley Moore, In Your Dreams comes to us from Dave Enterprises of Australia, and features the work of animators from other various projects, such as K-Pop Demon Hunters, Spider-Man: Far from Home, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse, Guardians of the Galaxy and even Alita: Battle Angel. There is no shortage of top shelf animation talent on this show, and in terms of production value, In Your Dreams is right where it needs to be.
The writing appears to be fun and fresh, following the familiar “kids go to a fantasy world to find their heart’s desires” trope. It looks like a great time.
