Conspiracy theories peak to their logical conclusion in Mike Myers’ The Pentaverate, about a secret society that rivals the legendary Illuminati. The best part? It’s not just a movie. It’s a mini-series on Netflix.
An unlikely Canadian journalist finds himself embroiled in a mission to uncover the truth about the world’s oldest and most influential secret society.
This secret society is made up of movers and shakers from governments around the world, the U.K. government, a media mogul from Australia, and now a washed up Canadian journalist. All these roles are actually played by Mike Myers, and there are three more roles as well. The strain on the production when so many characters are played by a single person must be tremendous. Playing characters, though, is Mike Myers at his best.
From the mind of Mike Myers and starring Ken Jeong, Keegan-Michael Key, Debi Mazar, Richard McCabe, Jennifer Saunders and Lydia West – The Pentaverate premieres globally 05.05.22 only on Netflix.
