Warner Bros. is trying to eat some of Marvel Studio’s lunch, and with what they have in store for Legends of Tomorrow, debuting December 21, 2015, it looks like they’re not holding anything back. This is tight, and slick, and it’s showing every sign of actually having some juicy story arcs.

Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) comes from London – and the future – to put together the ultimate team of heroes to defeat the immortal Vandal Savage, who in the future has taken over the entire Earth.

Looking good in the trench coat, Arthur.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow series premiere is January 21, 2016, with a 2 hour special Arrow/Flash crossover episode to kick it off on December 1.
